Rae P.

Rae has been a dedicated volunteer with Deer Lodge Centre since December 1997. She volunteers in the Gift Shop on a regular basis and is an active member of the Auxiliary. She puts many hours in as a volunteer and has been innovative and has shown initiative. Rae says the thing she enjoys most about her volunteer experience is getting to know the residents and patients. "I view volunteer work as a fun thing", she states, "If I can get a smile from the end of the day, I've done my job." Rae says that she volunteers as much for herself as the residents and patients. "They do as much for me as I do for them". Thank-you Rae for your hard work and dedication.
