We provide a wide range of operational stress treatment services aimed at meeting the needs of soldiers, veterans, and their families. These services include:
Assessment of operational stress injuries.
Treatment of OSIs through individual counseling, drug therapy, couples and group therapy, and health education.

To receive services, you must be referred by either VAC, the CF, or the RCMP. We do not take referrals directly from family doctors. For details, see the page on OSIs and referrals. Because of the rules under which all OSI Clinics are established, patients cannot refer themselves directly for services. To seek a referral, see the information at the bottom of the page on OSIs . However, we do accept information inquiries, especially from family members.
If you are the spouse or other family member of someone who may have been affected by operational stress, we strongly encourage you to contact us.
We provide brief informative counselling to family members who have become concerned about changes in the mood or behavior of a loved one.
