Access Application

The entire access application, review and approval process is now fully paperless. To apply for access, you must have all the required documentation outlined in the Information section, including your ethics approval, a study protocol or summary, and detailed information on your project timelines. The process is quicker if you have electronic copies of these documents.

Click on the link below and send the email it generates. You do not need to enter anything into the message or subject heading. You will then receive an automated message detailing the application process, and the electronic access form. Simply follow the directions in the message and on the form.

Our target response times are to process all applications for review within 2 working days, and to provide a reply within 10 days.
